You've been thrown into what's supposed to look like "normal life" again, and let's be real - it's been hard. At this point, you don't know how much more stress you can take. There's no empty space left in your day, the coffee comes to you in gallons, and if you had a second to close your eyes for a breather, you would probably fall asleep.

Life is hard. Finding a therapist who can help you process all of it can be even harder.

That's why Nattalie Wolff-Tseng '21 MA and Isabella Herrera '21 MA, from Elevated Healthcare, are here to help.

Join the conversation about finally getting the mental health care you deserve. They'll tackle things like how to know when to seek therapy, what it looks like to have a "high-functioning" diagnosis, how to set realistic self-care practices for yourself, and what to look for in a helpful mental health practitioner.

If life feels like it's crushing you right now, here's how you crush it right back.
