Leading, Remotely, During a Crisis

About This Webinar

The aftereffects of the current pandemic are going to be with us for a while. Understanding how to lead teams during a crisis, balancing the emotional health and productivity of your team, is even harder when people are distributed and remote. Leaders will need to adapt new skills and tools for distributed teams. In addition, the economic crisis will require companies to adapt both internally and externally, and crisis leadership will put even more pressure on managers.

Join Brian for a discussion of leading teams during times of crisis, as well as how his team at Slack has adapted to working remotely.
