Terry Bayer ’72 will discuss the opportunity for women to join corporate boards. Terry will share her own experience on corporate boards and provide guidance on how to get started on your path to the boardroom. Joining Terry, as her guest, will be Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire, CEO of 50/50 Women on Boards and author of Winning The Board Game, stories of women and their impact on the boards they join. After the presentation, there will be time for Q and A. This webinar will be open for all so join us today!

50/50 Women on Boards is an organization that tracks, analyzes, and publishes the gender composition of corporate boards in the Russell 3000 Index, representing 99% of all incorporated equity securities in the U.S. Research shows that out of the 2982 Russell 3000 companies nationwide, only 5% have gender-balanced boards. Recognizing the significant gap, their new campaign, 50/50 Women on Boards, advocates for gender-balanced boards.

*This webinar is part of the Women's History Month Series, where we celebrate the incredible Northwestern women in our community and highlight the accomplishments they achieved.
