The Leadership Paradox: Building & Maintaining Trust

About This Webinar

A leader’s behavior molds the culture of his or her team, while the leader themselves is molded by the culture of their organization at large - something at times referred to as the Leadership Paradox. But this paradox goes deeper; it reaches each professional on an individual level as we strive to take personal leadership in guiding our careers - in expanding our sphere of influence and in building trust among other professionals who, like ourselves, are inherently distrustful of others. In our brief time together, we will explore the various facets of the leadership paradox in the hope that a better understanding of its intricacies can serve us, our colleagues, our teams, and our organizations.
