Women often divide themselves in order to be successful: career woman; partner; mother; individual, etc. New mothers in particular may find their individual identity getting lost in shuffle as they struggle to accommodate their new role. Especially as they contend with cultural and social conditioning that creates unrealistic expectations for working mothers. How do you regain that sense of self? How do you embark on the journey to regain your wholeness?

    Dian Trabulsy
Dian Trabulsy is a mom, author, entrepreneur, corporate executive and lawyer in the financial services industry in New York City.

Trabulsy was born and raised as the only child in a traditional family in China. About 10 years ago, she came to the U.S. as a first-generation immigrant to pursue her American dream. Like many of you, she had always considered herself a “high achiever,” but when she had her first child, she hit a valley.

Even though it appeared that Trabulsy had it all—a rewarding and well-paid career, a wonderful husband, and a beautiful, healthy baby girl—she felt like she was losing a part of herself. She had always known we were subject to all sorts of cultural and social conditioning. Now she could see its effects.

To heal this misalignment, Trabulsy embarked on a journey back to wholeness. Through coaching, learning, rituals, and spiritual practice, she developed and implemented a framework that included practical tools and empowering exercises that sparked insights that have helped her and many others reclaim their wholeness.

She refined this process to make it as practical and powerful as possible with the goal of helping other mommies transform their lives. Now, there is no need to make the same mistakes she did, waste time or money on investments or programs that don’t work, and delay taking steps towards empowerment. By following the Journey Back to Wholeness framework, you too can find your way back to a soul-based, purpose-filled and universe-aligned life.
