Introducing Ronnie Rios, a dynamic leader dedicated to equity, and racial justice. With a wealth of experience as a DEI expert, strategist, consultant, and facilitator, Ronnie brings both expertise and passion to the forefront of DEI initiatives. Her journey has been marked by a profound commitment to fostering equitable environments and driving transformative change within organizations. Ronnie's innovative approach and comprehensive skill set have positioned her as a guiding force in shaping progressive DEI strategies. As a current doctoral degree candidate at the University of Michigan, her research focuses on the critical role of racial-ethnic identity in the college choices of Black and Latine/x students. Ronnie's aspirations are deeply rooted in her unwavering commitment to creating a more equitable landscape for minoritized communities. Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & International Studies ('04) and a Master of Science in Communication ('07) from Northwestern University.
