Meet The Presenters
Tara McCall
2nd Grade Teacher--Minidoka County School District
I have a BS in Education from Indiana University and a MEd from Lesley University. In the past 30 years, I have taught every level from preschool to college-level classes, except kindergarten which requires what I do not possess - sainthood. I have gleaned different techniques and insights into the ever-changing practice of classroom management and its powerful effect on evaluations.
Chelsea Inmon
Instructional Coach, Professional Development Specialist
I have over 20 years experience in the field of Education as a classroom teacher and State Administrator. I started my career in Arizona as a classroom teacher before transitioning to the AZ State Department of Education as the State Supervisor for Education and Training. I relocated to the Great State of Idaho at the end of 2018. I am currently serving the Jerome School District as the Instructional Coach and the Professional Development Training Specialist. During my tenor at the State level I had the pleasure of working with many LEAs and many different program areas from CTE to Title I. I had the pleasure to sit on numerous boards that helped further educational opportunities for all students in my state and the national level. I look forward to continuing my work with teachers and students within the Idaho Education System to help advance our skills to better serve the teachers and students in our local districts
