About ADHD Awareness week 2025
  
    為響應國際ADHD關注月,由 ADHD 香港成人專注力協會 聯同 Let's Talk ADHD 共同主辦 ,並獲 香港科技大學 支援 ,將於 2025年10月25日至31日 舉行 第六屆香港ADHD關注周 。
今年主題為「擁抱 ADHD,心靈更自在」,活動重點將強調 ADHD與心靈健康 之間的緊密聯繫 。作為亞洲領先的年度盛事 ,本會將繼續匯集國際及本地的ADHD學者、專家和社區力量,舉辦一系列 線上講座及實體活動 ,以助提升ADHD患者、業界專家及公眾對ADHD的認識 。
我們希望透過提供工具、資源和支持 ,賦予ADHD人士力量,協助他們在個人和職業生活中取得成功,並改善 整體心靈健康 。同時,活動將透過互動研討會和網絡研討會,提供應對ADHD挑戰、增強幸福感並創造一個支持和理解環境的策略 。
關注周的目標是提高公眾對ADHD及其對心靈健康的影響的認識 ,協助消除污名化和誤解 ,共同倡導一個更健康、更具包容性的未來 。透過這次活動,我們期望能為所有正在應對ADHD和情緒健康挑戰的個人與家庭,建立更強大的意識和支持系統 。
In response to the international ADHD Awareness Month, Let's Talk ADHD, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Adult ADHD Association, will host the 6th Hong Kong ADHD Awareness Week from October 25 to 31, 2025. The event is supported by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
This year's theme is "Embrace ADHD & Mental Health". Now in its sixth edition, we continue to champion the message that individuals with ADHD can lead fulfilling and successful lives, emphasizing the crucial connection between ADHD and mental well-being.
As Asia's leading annual event , we will unite families, experts, and communities for a series of interactive seminars and webinars. These initiatives aim to Raise Public Awareness and Understanding about the impact of ADHD and mental health, helping to break down stigma and misconceptions.
Our focus will be on empowering individuals with ADHD by providing them with the tools, resources, and support to succeed in both their personal and professional lives, and improve overall mental well-being. We will provide strategies to navigate ADHD challenges, enhance well-being, and foster a supportive, understanding environment.
The ultimate goal of ADHD Awareness Week is to promote awareness, support, and empowerment for a healthier, more inclusive future. Through these activities, we aim to play a vital role in promoting awareness, mental well-being, and support systems for individuals and families navigating ADHD and emotional health challenges.
