Let's Talk ADHD 創辦人 國際認證 ADHD 教練 - Founder of Let's Talk ADHD - International Certified ADHD Coach

Amanda Fok is a prominent advocate for neurodiversity and mental health in Asia, with a professional focus on ADHD and related issues. Her journey began with a late diagnosis of ADHD in adulthood, after years of challenges with focus and emotional regulation. This personal experience, coupled with the tragic loss of her brother to suicide due to depression, ignited her commitment to advocacy. Her mission is to empower others, transforming personal adversity into a catalyst for widespread societal change.

Career and Contributions
Amanda has channeled her personal journey into her professional work, becoming Hong Kong's first Chinese certified ADHD coach. She uses her experience to help others manage their ADHD symptoms, bridging the gap between health awareness and practical coaching.
In 2019, she launched Let's Talk ADHD, a brand that encompasses both a non-profit organization (NGO) and a certified B Corp social enterprise dedicated to supporting adults with ADHD. This organization is the sole one of its kind in Hong Kong. Through Let's Talk ADHD, she has launched large-scale awareness campaigns and advocated for policy changes. The organization provides education, coaching, and resources to help dismantle the stigma associated with ADHD, with a specific focus on women and underserved communities. The initiative addresses comorbidities like depression and anxiety through research-backed programs and has empowered over 10,000 community members to lead fulfilling lives. The organization is largely sustained by Amanda's personal funding and extensive volunteer hours.
In addition to her work with Let's Talk ADHD, Amanda has addressed the Legislative Council to advocate for enhanced support policies for ADHD groups. She also organizes an annual ADHD Awareness Week, now in its sixth year, which has engaged 5,550 participants across 97 webinars featuring global experts and promoting emotional well-being. Amanda is also recognized for hosting over 300 ADHD broadcasts with extensive media coverage and for organizing Asia's largest ADHD event, which was supported by more than 60 organizations.

Education and International Collaborations
Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs , is a Certified ADHD Coach, and has completed an executive course in Neuroscience for Business from MIT. Her work has achieved substantial international reach through collaborations with leading experts and organizations.
She has collaborated with Stanford University’s Dr. Lawrence Fung, Singapore’s Prof. Roger Ho, and U.S.-based authorities such as Dr. Russell A. Barkley and Dr. Edward Hallowell. These alliances, spanning 12 countries, have been featured in her ADHD Awareness Week, influencing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. Furthermore, her bilingual initiatives, supported by MTR campaigns and endorsements from figures like Oscar-winning director Daniel Kwan, have promoted inclusive workplaces and emotional well-being.
