Delegates Numbers
• Global reach – is that just something people say or is it reality looking at the data
• What are the ratios of in person to digital attendees
• Hybrid reduces the no shows of in person events which are huge
• Still experiencing unwillingness on a grand scale of delegates to attend in person event
• Restrictions internationally are in place and will be for many months to come
• The pandemic has opened the door on hybrid, we now just need the creativity
Sponsorship
• In person events have limited exposure
o Inventory does extend these days to reg page presence, mailers, official partner etc over and above having an expo stand
• Looking at the formats we have discussed earlier ECHO, BOOK END and 365 (Will cover these off in the intro) sponsorship exposure is not only extended but virtual offers a huge amount of inventory (Discuss) . Data is king and can be shared unlike a lot of what happens at in person where delegates can remain fairly invisible
