About

AI-driven experiences can delight or deter users in seconds. A misplaced element, confusing tone or ill-timed response can quickly undermine trust. Traditional UX tools only show part of the story – they miss where users look, pause or hesitate.

Join this session to discover how eye tracking reveals the subtle moments that build or break trust in AI interactions. Using real-world examples and a practical framework, our speaker will show how attention-based insights uncover user intent and confidence in dynamic, adaptive interfaces.

Key takeaways:

1. How to identify trust gaps using attention and gaze data.
2. Practical ways to apply eye tracking to AI-powered touchpoints such as virtual assistants, dashboards and recommendation engines.
3. A framework for combining qualitative and quantitative insights to measure user trust.
4. How teams can turn these insights into actionable design improvements.
