Community Development Works (CDW), a program of The Rapides Foundation, provides nonprofit management training, leadership programs, and access to evidence-based resources focused on developing citizen-led community development efforts that address local issues. CDW serves nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups, and volunteers working to improve the quality of life in Central Louisiana.
