A talk by Katrina Wong. At the beginning of the pandemic, most businesses were figuring out what their COVID playbook was. We quickly knew that we needed to help our customers by being a part of their Q2 playbook. This was uncharted territory. We started with a messaging refresh that developed into a comprehensive strategy. We did external research as well as analyzed internal data so that we can develop a point of view for our COVID response. In this session, you will learn the approach taken, how quickly the company was bought in on the messaging and strategy and how quickly it converted to business.
