Amy has worked for Manulife for 15 years, holding progressively senior roles. Before her current role, Amy was Assistant Vice President, Global Transformation Delivery in Enterprise Strategy leading our people, culture and change work, and Assistant Vice President, Global Leadership & Learning HR before that, leading next practices in HR.

Amy values collaboration and strongly believes by getting it done together, we can accomplish anything. This is especially important when designing employee experiences. She regularly volunteers and helped stand-up and lead the Kitchener-Waterloo Global Women’s Alliance chapter at Manulife, subsequently leading and chairing the chapter for six years. She is a proud parent of two daughters and loves to run in her spare time.

Brij Palicha is Head of Learning at Snyk, a cyber security firm focused on keeping open source secure. He is focused on leveraging technology to build the organizational and individual capabilities that Snyk needs through its next phases of hyper-growth. One of Brij's biggest priorities is supporting Snyk's new joiners to become autonomous and productive as quickly as possible as the organization continues to scale. Another is to accelerate the growth and maturity of Snyk's people managers as they lead their teams from strength to strength.

Prior to joining Snyk, Brij held senior positions in both consulting and industry, most notably as Group Head of Learning at Legal & General (a FTSE100 Financial Services Company), and as Principal Consultant and Global Lead for Digital Learning at PA Consulting (a multinational technology and innovation firm), where he worked with companies such as Facebook, Johnson & Johnson and the United Nations.

Claude founded and ran an outdoor adventure & surf company in San Francisco where she was in the cold Pacific Ocean coaching 275 days a year. This, alongside her many years in leadership positions at major advertising agencies and training in Positive Psychology, has given her a unique perspective in servant leadership and team-building along with leadership development, performance coaching, talent management and people operations.

Corey is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader having led and transformed recruitment teams for iconic organizations like Canada Life, CIBC and TD. His experience includes global recruitment delivery for lines of business at all levels up to C suite leaders across the Financial Services spectrum.

Dick Burke is the president and chief executive officer of Envoy. He is responsible for the development of the overall company strategy, marketing, sales, finance, business development and technology, while managing day-to-day operations.
He has vast growth business and management experience as well as legal services insight. Prior to Envoy, Burke served as president of Apartments.com, where he managed its business operations, including sales, marketing, product development, production, customer service and technology. During his tenure, the business attained record numbers in customers, traffic and revenues.
Previously, Burke served as senior vice president of administration and corporate development for Classified Ventures LLC (Cars.com and Apartments.com). In this capacity, he oversaw Homegain.com, the company’s online real estate business. In addition, he led the company’s corporate services division, comprised of corporate technology, legal, human resources, communications, facilities and corporate development. He played an integral role in successful acquisitions, including Apartment Home Living. Burke signed the papers that formed Classified Ventures LLC in 1997 and represented the company the same year in its acquisition of Visual Properties LLC, the predecessor of Apartments.com. Burke joined the organization in October 1998 as chief legal officer. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella P.C. and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Burke received a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
A product of immigration, Burke believes that immigration affords individuals and businesses the opportunity to maximize their potential while strengthening society.

Dipti Salopek is the VP, People at Snyk, a developer-first cyber security firm focused on open source security. She is currently leading Snyk’s People strategy, with a strong focus building and strengthening a deeply caring culture as the company continues to hyper-scale globally. As a globally distributed scale-up in the exploding developer-first security space, Snyk empowers software businesses to develop fast and stay secure. Having raised $250M and hitting unicorn status earlier this year, Snyk has entered the top echelon of growth reserved for only a select few highly successful companies.

Prior to joining Snyk, Dipti held a variety of positions leading HR strategy, M&A and talent at Etsy, Criteo, American Express and Avanade. Dipti received her undergraduate and post graduate degrees whilst living in London, at the London School of Economics and University of Westminster respectively.

Eric Termuende believes that if he can help make people’s lives better at work; he can make people’s lives better outside of it. His presentations go beyond diversity and inclusion to help audiences understand people and patterns in order to optimize the workplace.

On stage, Eric’s engaging presentations bring forward timely data and insight with compelling visuals to motivate audiences towards future success. He is dynamitic, passionate, charismatic informative and very relevant to the current business environment.

Prior to NoW Innovations, Eric co-founded DRYVER Group, a consultancy focused on the attraction and retention of top talent. Here he co-developed a tool that quantifies workplace culture. Eric and his team helped pinpoint strengths and opportunities in an organization to optimize culture, improve attraction, and mitigate poor retention numbers. Believing that collaboration is a key to success, Eric has helped develop a partnership network in Canada to emphasize the importance of teamwork and the delivery of great work.

Eric has been featured in Forbes, Inc., Thrive Global, the Huffington Post and many others prominent media organizations. He has been recognized as one of only ‘100 emerging innovators under 35’ globally by American Express and an active ‘Global Shaper’ with the World Economic Forum.

Eric sat as Community Integration Chair for Global Shapers Calgary, a community that functions under the World Economic Forum. He is a former Canadian G20 YEA Delegate, representing Canada in Sydney in 2014.

Eric has spoken at events ranging from leadership and development to success and happiness, education and innovation, and the future or work and workplace culture.

Fellicia Foster is the Vice President and US Head of Inclusion & Diversity. In this capacity, Fellicia develops the US diversity talent strategies to create a diverse and inclusive workforce and breakdown barriers for employees to pursue and excel in their careers. She is also responsible for US and Canadian Employee Resources Groups, enterprise diversity recruitment and providing oversight on customer inclusivity and diverse community engagement. Prior to this role, Fellicia served as the Head of Diversity Recruitment – North America, where she led an international mandate to attract, source and select external diverse talent for the enterprise. Through the development of the North American diversity recruitment strategies, Fellicia enhanced BMO’s market profile and partnership engagement in diverse communities and increased its’ diverse candidate pipeline.

Fellicia joined BMO in 2010, where she started her career at BMO in support roles within Business Banking. In 2012, she moved into a Business Banking Strategy Analyst role within the Personal & Commercial Banking Strategy Team, where she led multi-year strategy implementation projects. In 2013, Fellicia moved to Operations as the Asset Portfolio Management System (APMS) Team Manager, where she led a team of analysts accountable for processing consumer lending service requests. She was able to successfully demonstrate her leadership and coaching skills by generating significant business cost savings and productivity improvement within her team. Given her strong desire to transition into HR and her strategic career movements, in May of 2015, Fellicia was promoted into a role in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the US Mortgage Sales business, covering over 300 employees across the US. As an HRBP, she served as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and executives on key organizational and talent initiatives, providing change management expertise as well as ongoing consultation to employees and leaders on HR programs, practices, policies and regulatory requirements.

Before joining BMO Harris, Fellicia was a Computer Software Trainer at Skyward Inc. in Bloomington, IL. As a trainer at Skyward, she facilitated customized software training across the US on various modules within student information systems. Ahead of Skyward, she worked at PepsiCo Beverages and Foods as a Diversity & Inclusion Analyst.

Fellicia also leverages her business skills by serving on various non-profit organizations. She serves as the Immediate Past-President and Executive Advisory Council member of the National Association for African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Chicago Chapter, Board of Directors for Illinois State University’s Alumni Association, Sr. Advisor of Chicago Financial Women Alliance (CFWA), Board of Directors for Illinois Diversity Council, Steering Committee member for the Financial Services Pipeline of Chicago, member of the BAI DEI Executive Roundtable and formerly served on the Multicultural Executive Leadership Committee for American Heart Association.

Fellicia holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University’s College of Business. Fellicia was named the BMO’s Best of the Best 2019, one of the 2014 “Top 40 under 40” by Collaborate Magazine and selected for the Illinois State University’s 2017 College of Business Early Career Achievement Award, recognized with the American Heart Association Heart of Excellence Award and previously nominated for the Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40.

Geoff is a management doctor who directs a strategic research team using science, advanced analytics, and consulting to shape Rogers' people strategy for its 26,000+ employees. He is also a lecturer in People Analytics at York University. Prior to this, Geoff worked at Google's People Analytics team and 4 Fortune/Forbes Global 1000 Companies, received a PhD specializing in Organizational Behavior at UCLA, and obtained both a Master of Industrial Relations and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. His award-winning research has shaped government legislation and organizational policies, been published in prestigious academic journals and best-selling books, and received global media coverage.

Glenn Donaldson gets customers. With an attention to detail and a flare for the creative, Glenn has helped transform customers and business technology environments through design thinking processes and HR design. People always come first for Glenn, and with a passion for human psychology and workplace behaviour, he aims to put the human back into the process, both in workplaces and in software.

Glenn currently leads the intelliHR team as Chief Customer Officer, and continues to inspire and improve workplaces through intuitively designed software and processes.

Gloria Pakravan joined the Toronto Police Service in April 2015. She is the Head of a newly created unit “HR Performance Management & Administration.
Prior to joining the Service, Gloria held a number of senior management roles in global organizations, including Royal Sun Alliance, Scotiabank and Sun Microsystems, implementing and managing Learning, Performance and Talent Management solutions.
Along with a Master’s in Public Administration, she has her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Change Management accreditations.

Josh Olson is the Head of Experience Solutions - Americas at VMware. With over 20 years of experience, he is a recognized expert in the intersection of the employee and their workplace and work styles. He has an MBA in strategy and has held diverse senior sales roles at UUnet, EMC, and Oracle prior to coming to VMware. He developed and oversaw solutions ranging from internet backbone, remote access, data management, HR, Financial, Sales and eCommerce solutions. Today, he leverages his multi-industry, multi-discipline background to guide organizations on how they can provide the best customer, employee, and partner experiences to grow their revenues, profits and loyalty.

Kirsten Maddocks is an innovative senior Human Resources Executive and culture-builder who brings strategy, people and technology together to create great workplaces. Kirsten is Vice-President, People at Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario where she leads a team of HR professionals focused on developing CPA Ontario’s talent, organization and culture to accelerate the company’s digital transformation and impact the broader strategic value to the profession. She is currently focused on creating a culture of engagement and high performance by evolving performance management and building out the employee value proposition.

With over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Kirsten has a diverse background in human resources, including senior roles in talent and learning & development, as well as strategy, transformation and operations effectiveness. This includes partnering with senior leaders on their business strategies, building compelling talent brands, leading large organizational change initiatives and championing the employee experience. Kirsten has held HR leadership roles within large, complex, global organizations (TD & RBC) as well as mid-size national companies.

Known as a catalyst for positive change, Kirsten is passionate about people aspect of business transformation and developing organizational capabilities to support the workforce of the future.

Kirsten holds a Master’s degree from York University as well as a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Kevin Peesker is President of Microsoft Canada responsible for leading a world class team who delivers transformative outcomes for Canadians. Through Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, citizenship efforts and employee engagement programs, Kevin’s objective is to empower every person and organization across Canada to achieve more.
A proven transformational leader with more than 28 years of experience in technology that has taken him to over 70 countries, Kevin has held leadership roles in finance, marketing, operations, sales, and general management. Kevin is passionate about the development of teams, building customers for life and driving collaboration between government/industry and technology. He focuses his time with Microsoft’s customers, partners and teams, traveling extensively so he can hear first-hand how Microsoft can better serve each stakeholder as a true technology partner.
Most recently, the President of Dell EMC Canada, Kevin held multiple senior leadership roles spanning every customer/industry segment over his 14 years with Dell including leading the UK & Ireland Consumer, Small and Medium Businesses (CSMB), and leadership of the CSMB business units spanning Europe.
Born in Western Canada, Kevin holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He resides in Toronto with his wife Karen and is active in the community, volunteering his time coaching youth and serving on boards. Kevin is the Chair of the Board of Technation (formerly Information Technology Association of Canada).

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Lyne is responsible for leading the development of strategic human resources programs and initiatives which include human resources services, labour relations, occupational health and safety, environment and business continuity management.
A seasoned human resources professional, Lyne has over 25 years of experience in human resources, health and safety, and labour relations, where she has held various management positions in the municipal, health care and not-for-profit sectors.
Lyne is fluently bilingual and holds a Master of Industrial Relations from Queens University, as well as a Bachelor of Public Administration from Carleton University. Lyne has been trained in human resources governance practices through the Conference Board of Canada and McMaster University and holds certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Leadership Development.
Lyne is a member of the Canadian Electricity Association’s Human Resources Committee and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association.

Nemanja Babic is the VP Strategy, Digital and Analytics, Group Benefits at Sun Life Canada.
He Joined Sun Life in 2018 bringing over 15 years of consulting, marketing and strategy experience while working at both A.T. Kearney and Procter and Gamble.
He is responsible for Group Benefit Digital, Strategy and Analytics teams and is focusing on business transformation as well as shaping the agenda on digital enterprise, analytical capabilities and strategic partnerships.
Outside of work, Nemanja serves on the Board of the United Nations Association of New York
Nemanja holds an MBA and MS in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
In his spare time, he continues to travel, practicing his green thumb with cacti and succulents and occasionally baking sourdough bread.

Noel Correia is the Canada Talent Acquisition Leader for Cognizant Technology a global Fortune 200 company. Noel has worked globally and has built Talent Acquisition teams across APAC, Europe, US and Canada. An evangelist for “Candidate Experience and Engagement” he has been successful in his various Talent Acquisition and Management engagements taking organizations to a level that is comparable with some of the best companies around the globe. When he is not mentoring, coaching and looking for talent, he spends his time with his wife and 3 kids. He and his family are foodies and are constantly looking for new recipes from the multi cultured landscape in TO. The family has been told that they should open a Fusion restaurant, maybe that will come in the future!

Robert works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients throughout their employee feedback journey to design listening strategies, interpret data, and take action. He conducts seminars, webinars, and masterclasses helping to educate fellow People Geeks with thought leadership and industry best practices. Robert publishes external research articles on employee motivation and wellbeing, vocational interests, and organizational culture.

Sandy has more than 20 years of experience within the human resources management, financial services and technology sectors. Her energy, vision, and proactive approach is an asset to the organization, and her commitment to continuous improvement in organizational practices and employee experience has helped foster a collaborative and positive work environment for all employees. Sandy has broad experience across all HR disciplines including talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

With over two decades of global HR experience Mehdi Rahman is a seasoned business veteran with the privilege of serving employee centric organizations like Best Buy Canada Ltd (BBY), McDonald’s Corporation (MCD), Publicis Groupe S.A. (PUB.PA), and Luxottica Retail & Manufacturing Groupe. His most recent mission is to build the learning function for the great Canadian success story, Spin Master Toy & Entertainment (TOY.TO). Over his career, Mehdi is known for developing people and delivering on business results. He has also been passionate about making a difference in the community by leading Spin Masters philanthropic efforts, strategic partnerships and making time for young business professionals and new Canadians as they set out into the business world.
