Gloria Pakravan joined the Toronto Police Service in April 2015. She is the Head of a newly created unit “HR Performance Management & Administration.
Prior to joining the Service, Gloria held a number of senior management roles in global organizations, including Royal Sun Alliance, Scotiabank and Sun Microsystems, implementing and managing Learning, Performance and Talent Management solutions.
Along with a Master’s in Public Administration, she has her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Change Management accreditations.
