Dipti Salopek is the VP, People at Snyk, a developer-first cyber security firm focused on open source security. She is currently leading Snyk’s People strategy, with a strong focus building and strengthening a deeply caring culture as the company continues to hyper-scale globally. As a globally distributed scale-up in the exploding developer-first security space, Snyk empowers software businesses to develop fast and stay secure. Prior to joining Snyk, Dipti held a variety of positions leading HR strategy, M&A and talent at Etsy, Criteo, American Express and Avanade. Dipti received her undergraduate and post graduate degrees whilst living in London, at the London School of Economics and University of Westminster respectively.
