Brij Palicha is Head of Learning at Snyk, a cyber security firm focused on keeping open source secure. He is focused on leveraging technology to build the organizational and individual capabilities that Snyk needs through its next phases of hyper-growth. One of Brij's biggest priorities is supporting Snyk's new joiners to become autonomous and productive as quickly as possible as the organization continues to scale. Another is to accelerate the growth and maturity of Snyk's people managers as they lead their teams from strength to strength.
Prior to joining Snyk, Brij held senior positions in both consulting and industry, most notably as Group Head of Learning at Legal & General (a FTSE100 Financial Services Company), and as Principal Consultant and Global Lead for Digital Learning at PA Consulting (a multinational technology and innovation firm), where he worked with companies such as Facebook, Johnson & Johnson and the United Nations.
