Ben sits on a number of family boards and advises family office principals on asset allocation, governance and structure. He is also a Podcaster hosts the weekly Ben’s Market Chat (Insights & Interviews) series and has launched a number of gaming apps.

Ben’s postgraduate diploma in computer science from Birkbeck College has acted as the backbone for his technology investing over the years, be it through direct venture and private equity at the family office where he was CIO or as the founder of a global tech biased long/short hedge fund or now as the CIO of a venture capital fund focused on the esports ecosystem.

Ben is a technology start-up advisor & mentor. He chairs a digital Brand/affiliate network platform and is working with a number of start-ups in their scale-up strategy. Ben has also been nominated to become Director of NSE, the UK’s only approved inter-university esports tournament hosting platform.
