Growing up, Brandon struggled to find opportunities and didn’t see a clear future for himself. After more than a year of unemployment, he joined a Get into Business Administration programme through Movement to Work and The King’s Trust, which helped him build confidence, skills, and a belief in his own potential. That led to a full‑time role at BAE Systems, where he is now a Data Analyst, notching up some major achievements along the way, including winning the 2025 Movement to Work Young Trailblazer Award and the 2026 King’s Trust Young Achiever Award.
