As Browne Jacobson’s Social Mobility Lead, Grace supports social mobility across outreach, recruitment, inclusion and advocacy to improve opportunities for young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. She has led entries to the Social Mobility Employer’s Index, securing the top spot for Browne Jacobson in 2024 and led the firm’s “Social Mobility Incubator”, where she advised and supported organisations across the legal sector to develop their own social mobility strategies.
