Julie has extensive experience leading careers education at local, county, and national levels. She chairs a National Professional Careers Forum, supporting more than 200 careers professionals through collaboration and the sharing of best practice. Julie is passionate about building meaningful partnerships between education and employers to improve outcomes for young people. She has published national articles, appeared on podcasts, and delivered keynote presentations for a range of organisations. Working with businesses and the Chamber of Commerce, she has helped develop innovative work experience models. Julie is particularly committed to supporting disadvantaged young people and those at risk of becoming NEET, ensuring every learner has access to high-quality careers guidance and opportunities.
