Ilana leverages data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Since starting at Quest as an intern, she has completed the company’s marketing leadership development program and has grown into a key contributor on the market research team. Outside of her core role, she serves as community outreach coordinator for Quest’s Yo Pros employee business network, driving engagement and community impact.
