Hot Ingredients Spotlight Webinar

About This Webinar

Episode 01: Allulose, erythritol, & tapioca

Product innovation moved to the back burner over the past 18 months as food and beverage companies focused on business operations during the global pandemic. But now we are seeing R&D and innovation come back to the forefront of the ingredient sector.

With that in mind, our new Hot Ingredients Spotlight Webinar series is rushing in to focus on trendy ingredients that may play key roles in the development of the food and beverage space.

Our first episode will focus on allulose, erythritol, and tapioca, found in products as diverse as boba tea to wellness-centered baked products—and usage is expanding as manufacturers continue to innovate.

Attendees should expect to come away with focused insights and a confident understanding of each ingredient’s potential applications and market conditions.
