About

Most companies run brand tracking and reputation management as separate programs, if they are even running both. And those programs often are owned by two different teams, measuring two different things. Brand tracking asks customers what they think in a structured survey looking back. Reputation management watches what they’re actually saying and doing at the location level, in real time. Treated separately, neither one tells you the whole story.

Join Alchemer’s research expert as she shares:

- What brand tracking and reputation management each deliver when run well on their own.
- An example of the two running as one connected program for a quick-serve restaurant and how combined findings can identify problems and drive immediate change.
- A practical framework for combining survey and reputation signals into a single measurement program.
