Creating a Successful Fraternity

Robert Conley
System CEO
Grand Lodge F & AM of Michigan
Saladin Shriners

Whether you are working with a Lodge or a temple, the creation and maintenance of an organization that is successful depends on the abilities and the opportunities that the lodge or temple views as necessary for that success to occur. A new process that removes subjectivity and replaces it with objectives that are developed by the lodge has been developed and is in use. This model is very different from past attempts at lodge planning.

Learning Objective:
This class will provide you with an understanding of the impact of listening, learning and building a plan from the lodge or temple leadership and its members.
