Day 3 will begin with a keynote from Stephanie Douglas, Head of Service Early Years, Doncaster Borough Council, where she will share how Doncaster has reacted to the pandemic through innovation and flexibility to ensure they are ahead of the curve.
This session will look at the changes Doncaster has made to it's early help approach. Local Solutions Groups were implemented in the wake of Covid-19 as a local authority-led, whole area approach to dealing with community needs at the earliest opportunity. These multi-agency groups have now replaced the existing eary help model and are now embedded as the future of Doncaster's locality model.
