About This Webinar

With the unprecedented upheaval caused by COVID-19, your employees need to know that your organization cares about them and not only the bottom line. Get out in front of the COVID-19 era as it unfolds and let them know you are committed to maintaining your Employee Experience program throughout the course of events and their new working environment.

Take away actionable ideas to:

1) Help your employees cope with the sense of social isolation they may be experiencing
2) Reassure your employees that your organization’s culture, values and Employee Experience program will be maintained and adapted to the new work environment and their specific roles
3) Help employees learn to minimize distractions and stay focused on the flow of work through the current economic uncertainty, while helping them create a long-term approach to their working environment
