Travis oversees a team of HR Partners who support and guide the production teams within Ubisoft Toronto to boost employee satisfaction and commitment. The HR team at Ubisoft Toronto was awarded HR Team of the Year (500 Employees or More) at the 2018 Canadian HR Awards.
With a strong passion for people and a desire to disrupt traditional HR practices, Travis consulted for and worked with the aerospace, oil and gas, mining, telecomm, health care, and hydro industries before bringing his talents to Ubisoft.
