He is Yum approved auditor and qualified lead auditor for all food safety and quality standards. He is member of GFSI technical working group, life member with Pakistan Society of Food Scientist and Technologist and International Association of Food Protection USA and had been participated in several food safety conferences in Pakistan, Oman, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and America.

Rocío Morales is a microbiologist with a passion for food safety. During her career, she has worked with food diagnostic companies and food processors. Rocío is currently the Vice-President of the Ontario Food Protection Association. She is also part of the food safety programs as food virology lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Queretaro. Rocío holds a doctorate degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph and a MSc in Biotechnology from the CINVESTAV-IPN.

Sean Rollo began his career with Orkin Canada in 2002 as a Pest Control Technician. Over the years he has held many different positions within the company; Quality Assurance Manager, Service Manager, Branch Manager, and Senior Regional Manager. In his current position as Technical Director and Director of Business Development, he oversees Canada’s talented team of technical and quality assurance managers.

He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (Canada) where he received a degree in Zoology with a specialization in Entomology. He is a Board Certified Entomologist with the Entomological Society of America, and President of the Canadian Pest Management Association. Passionate about food safety, he has been actively involved in IPM program formation, audit standards, educational programs, and of course; pest elimination.
