Rocío Morales is a microbiologist with a passion for food safety. During her career, she has worked with food diagnostic companies and food processors. Rocío is currently the Vice-President of the Ontario Food Protection Association. She is also part of the food safety programs as food virology lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Queretaro. Rocío holds a doctorate degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph and a MSc in Biotechnology from the CINVESTAV-IPN.
