About This Summit

Backbends are fun, dynamic and energizing and often intimidating!
the truth is that they are crucial for long-term health of the spine and way more accessible of what we think.
Inversions have a broad spectrum of physical benefits from heart health and circulation to stress & mood but again, students are often intimidate by it.

In this monthly series I want to inspire and empower those students who genuinely seek to grow their practice.

Refine your inversion practice safely and steadily from the ground up. Detailed instruction and guidance will allow students to establish strong foundations for inversions to carry bodyweight. You will work on drills, strength raining and flexibility. You will flow in an intelligent way to prepare the body for these amazing shapes. You' ll strengthen and open the body to create supported extension of the spine in fully articulated and invigorating backbend variations.

All classes can be taken live or via recording.
