About This Summit

This intensive course is an introduction to the graceful art of contortion.
3 classes - 90-minute long class designed to build the strength, endurance, and flexibility necessary to start your journey into contortion (if you want to). Together we will build the muscle that stabilizes the joints as you increase your range of motion targeting all those areas that are missed in most conventional workouts. Working on drills, strength and flexibility we will develop active and passive flexibility in the legs, hips, shoulders, and the spine building towards backbends.
