Most dental practices don’t struggle because of clinical skill, they struggle because their business foundations are fragile.
Rising costs, recruitment pressures, and growing competition mean that simply filling chairs is no longer enough. Practices that succeed in the next decade will be those that build resilient business models with predictable revenue, efficient operations, and strong patient relationships.
In this session, Andy Sloan will explore what separates fragile practices from resilient ones. From recurring revenue models to smarter use of technology and patient data, you’ll learn the practical foundations that ambitious practice owners are putting in place to future-proof their businesses.
If you want to grow your practice while protecting its long-term value, this session will show how resilience becomes the ultimate growth advantage.
