How would our VI teacher show that she is providing VI services to her students? She is consulting with the parent to help them understand the braille and life skill activities. She states the life skills students are all hands on and she has emailed activities with directions for the parents. The braille students will get some "face time" when she watches them braille.

How would an ECSE teacher document a consultation TEXT with a parent? Does the consult session need to be documented at the exact time the text was sent and again when the reply text was received? How many minutes should be documented for the text to and from the parent?
