After 30 years in education as a teacher, therapist, and administrator, Les Lee joined MSB to serve other districts and their students. She’s a former adjunct professor at Wayland Baptist University, specializing in special education, and an active TCASE member. Her time as a SPED director at one of the fastest growing districts in Texas equipped her with a unique perspective on the challenges school districts face. An advocate for special needs children, she aims to empower them to success through a program that fits their individual needs.
