About
In this dynamic discussion, Printweek editor Darryl Danielli will ask a panel of print business leaders about their diversification journeys, what worked, what didn’t and what they learned.

We will take a deep dive into how they diversified, what strategies they employed to ensure success, and what cultural and practical challenges they faced and how they overcame them.

In this frank conversation the panel will share what they wish they had been told before embarking on their own diversification journeys and, ultimately, what has been the impact on their business.

In this live online discussion, sponsored by Konica Minolta, the panel will also field questions from the audience.

The speakers for this event will be announced shortly, but delegates watching the webinar can expect to learn the following:

1. Why the panel diversified and how they identified the opportunity
2. What were the challenges and how did they overcome them
3. What they wish someone had told them before they started
4. What impact has diversification had on their business
5. What were the risks of doing nothing

John Sheridan
Co-owner, Printroom UK
John may be a co-owner of The Printroom UK, but by his own admission he got into print by 'pure accident'. He joined the Bootle-based commercial print business in 2020, and within a few years led an MBO along with fellow director Mario Spatuzzi.
