As Executive Vice President and Southwest Market Leader for ABD Insurance and Financial Services, Linde is responsible for expanding ABD’s reach across Southern California and throughout the entire Southwest. Before joining ABD, Linde held various leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, including her most recent position as Western Region Leader for Large Accounts and Global Client Advocacy. Linde also spent over 20 years as a finance and operations executive for Marsh. Her expertise and experience spans Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits, and she is highly skilled at working with clients ranging in size from middle-market to sophisticated large group and large risk. Ms. Hotchkiss serves the community on several boards including Junior Achievement (most recent board chair), San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, the Thomas Ackerman Foundation and Safe Haven Children’s Medical Outreach. She is a frequent presenter on Inclusion and Diversity and was recognized by the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation as one of two North

Jen Tadin is a public speaker and editorial contributor to the Forbes Business Development Council and Forbes.com. She is a Small to Mid-Size Business expert with a successful track record of building and leading sales teams on both the broker and carrier side having served in sales leadership roles with The Hartford and Travelers. Jen is currently the President of U.S. Retail Operations for Small Business at Gallagher, a leading global insurance brokerage. Jen is highly passionate about culture and inclusion serving as a national C&I Ambassador at Gallagher, she is the founder of a Chicago-based professional women’s networking group and also volunteers her time as a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. Jen is based in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Mia Lorick practices in the firm’s trial and appellate groups with a focus on real estate litigation, professional liability defense, and civil appeals. Mia graduated from the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina School of the Arts. In 2014, Mia received her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, Mia was a member of the Mock Trial and Moot Court teams and received several advocacy awards. Because of these awards, she was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers.
Mia has participated in several trials and appeals—including oral argument at the Texas Supreme Court. And, following favorable verdicts for her clients, Mia was featured on NPR, KHOU, KPRC, Law 360°, and Texas Lawyer. Mia is a faculty member for the NITA Deposition Course and is an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center. In 2018, Mia was a speaker for the Texas State Bar’s Advanced Real Estate Law Course where she received the Steven C. Haley Best Speaker award for her presentation on short-term rentals.
