Jen Tadin

Jen Tadin is a public speaker and editorial contributor to the Forbes Business Development Council and Forbes.com. She is a Small to Mid-Size Business expert with a successful track record of building and leading sales teams on both the broker and carrier side having served in sales leadership roles with The Hartford and Travelers. Jen is currently the President of U.S. Retail Operations for Small Business at Gallagher, a leading global insurance brokerage. Jen is highly passionate about culture and inclusion serving as a national C&I Ambassador at Gallagher, she is the founder of a Chicago-based professional women’s networking group and also volunteers her time as a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. Jen is based in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
