Come and join us on Thursday 17 November at 16:00 (GMT), for an exciting Bett Academy in partnership with Intel!

Esports is everywhere in education, rapidly growing in K-12, Further Ed and Higher Ed. An engaging, inclusive way to build STEAM and social-emotional skills, esports also helps develop students’ interest in future technology careers. In a 2020 survey of over 1,100 esports athletes conducted by GYO, over 60 per cent said that they planned to pursue a career in either a STEM or esports field.

Join our panel discussion on 17th November as we invite educators and esports experts to consider the emergence of esports in education, the steps involved in launching an esports team, and the impacts educators see after an esports program is established.

Intel has been a leader in PC gaming and an esports innovator for more than two decades. Drawing on extensive experience and research, Intel and its partners are ready to support educational institutions as they navigate this new and exciting opportunity.
