About
A workshop to generate ideas, feedback and comment on Channel Shift and how it needs to be RESET to focus on key challenges in delivering digital services in the ‘New Normal’ after Lockdown.
A few of the key questions are:
• What services do we keep?
• What services will be digital-only?
• What services do we switch off?
• What services aren't adding value and aren't worth investing in further?
• What NEW services do we need to design?
We have a real opportunity to reshape local public services and put accessible, digital service at the centre of communities and how they support each other and how they are in turn, supported by local authorities, towns and parish councils.
