Patty has been with 84.51° for 11 years. Prior to 84.51° she was a Manager in Information Security at The Kroger Co. There she managed the Security Administration Team, drove the PCI compliance process and consulted with internal projects to ensure secure implementations.

Prior to Kroger, Patty worked for Procter and Gamble in various global IT roles, both managerial and technical. Her IT career began at DuPont in voice, video and data.

Patty is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and earned a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Patty is Board Secretary for Shelterhouse (homeless shelters formerly known as the Drop Inn Center).

Sandy Steiger is a Director of Integrated Analytics at The J.M. Smucker Co. where she leads a team of analysts focused on enabling the broader organization to understand, analyze and articulate the insights and story that live within the data.

Sandy spent two years in academia at Miami University as the Director of the Center for Analytics and Data Science, Sandy was responsible for providing co-curricular experiences that allow students to embrace the application of analytics and data science.

Prior to joining, Sandy spent 15 years at 84.51° and dunnhumbyUSA in analytical roles throughout the organization. Her most recent role was Vice President, Data Science & Analytics, where she was responsible for developing a strategic roadmap that would bring transformational, innovative thinking to 84.51°, focused on driving data science at scale across the Enterprise.

Sandy holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Miami University, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Business from Mount St. Joseph University.

After building her first computer in an accidental school elective, she was inspired to forge her own path through information systems. Heather Ackels is the Executive Director of INTERalliance, an organization that works to engineer and execute experiences designed to inspire young talent to pursue a career in the Greater Cincinnati IT industry.

Before INTERalliance, Heather worked for Kroger Technology for 13 years in a variety of Technology roles from Logistics, to Health Care, and finally Research and Development.

She received the Progressive Grocer Top Women in Grocery Rising Star award in 2015, was recognized by the Business Courier as a 40 under 40 nominee in 2016, and was selected as a Deloitte Top Women To Watch Honoree in 2017.

Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Thomas More University and is a Singularity University graduate. She lives in Amelia with her son, puppy, and husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and playing board games with her family and friends.
