Junell Felsburg (she/her) is the VP of Technology at ContactUS Communications, an onshore focused BPO, IT leader in the Columbus Ohio tech space, and Co-Facilitator for the Central Ohio IT Leaders program with the Innovative Leadership Institute.
After building her first computer in an accidental school elective, she was inspired to forge her own path through information systems. While her role is focused on governance, compliance, and risk, she is a lifelong learner who dedicates her energy to exploring the intersections of technology, education, inclusion, and personnel development.
When not crafting solutions for her clients or working with her favorite tech team, she can be found with a crochet hook in hand chasing around her dog and toddler.
