This is for webinars with the late lockout feature enabled. Sometime, participants in the session drop out due to technical issue (e.g. Internet connection). When they try to come back in, they're locked out. Can we let people who have already entered webinar to re-enter within a few minutes (< 5 min) so they don't get locked out from a technical issue?
