If a webinar is hosting multiple sessions, an anted should be able to reschedule themselves without contact the webinar host.

Normally when registrants go to landing page with their personalized link before the webinar start time, they can "cancel registration" on confirmation page(at the bottom of the page). Then they will have access to choose new sessions by themselves. However if they have paid for the session, they still need to contact the host for a refund first.
