Allowing hyperlinks, preferably with a WYSIWYG editor, is very much needed. I add in URL shorteners to link to slide decks (ex: bit.ly/blahblah). However, this is becoming an issue because many schools (our customers) block URL shorteners and the emails get bounced back. URL shorteners are a security risk so trying to tell customers they shouldn't do that goes against IT best practices (which we train on) and doesn't look good. If we had the ability to hyperlink text to the full, long google slide URL, it would solve the problem.
