We used a different webinar platform before switching to BigMarker. One thing we liked with the other platform is the possibility to tag viewers by webinar user behavior: - did not register - registered but did not come - registered and watched full - registered but did not watch full With these tags, it becomes possible to design specific automation flows that are important for sales funnel marketing. Especially as BigMarker already offers integration with automation marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign.
