With non-technical attendees, they often get confused and choose "Join by Phone" when using their smartphones/mobile devices. A simple UI update to show "Join by Computer/Smartphone" should solve this problem for all BM users and reduce lots of confusion. "Join by Phone" could also be changed to "Dial-in by Phone". This is a critical step in the users' webinar experience and can make a huge difference for non-technical users. Thanks.
