In-Widget Confirmation Notice for Registration Widgets

Currently, when the user enters their registration details for an embedded registration widget, they are not shown a confirmation or notice of success. We would like to be able to show an in-widget confirmation notice (along with the existing option of being able to redirect to a custom confirmation page). Thanks.
