Email Templates for different Languages for Invitations

During the creation of an email invitation, during Step 2, we'd like to be able to choose from previously saved email templates.
The problem: We hold webinars in both English and German.
Whomever checks the "Save as Default" last overwrites everything in the "Edit Email Content (Step 3) section. This includes... well all the fields. And on the Webinar Details and Footer, too. So we have to re-translate all that information each time we want to send an invitation in either language.
The solution would include being able to choose a previously-saved template, create templates, or adding tot he "Save as Default" checkbox, "Save as template" and perhaps being able to choose a previously saved template and overwriting it, as well as providing a custom name for the template.
Thanks for considering this. It would helps save us much time if you could implement it.
We are not sure if this has wider impact - and where else something like this could help. But having a multinational team marketing on this platform means we have these kinds of issues. Thanks again for considering it.

Adding templates for different languages would be a tremendous time-saver. PLEASE! This add-on would make a great software even better!
