RTMP and sharing slides at the same time

It would be really nice if it was possible to use RTMP video feed at the same time with slide presentation. Now we cannot present both of these at the same time. With this the RTMP would effectively replace the webcam and mic and there wouldn't be difficulties with the syncing of audio and video.
